Contact Info allows you to manage the contact information found on your About Us page. When you choose Contact Info from the Manage tab, the Contact Info management page displays.

The Announcements page contains

List of Contact Info.
Option to edit or delete current Contact Info.
Option to create New Contact Info.
Option Change Order of Contact Info.

You can keep multiple Contact Info records in PrismWeb Manager, which you can make Active or Inactive at the appropriate times.

Creating New Contact Info

How to create new Contact Info.

Select New Contact Info to display the Create Contact Info screen.

Set the Status. Active information will display on your website, Inactive information will not display.
Input Site Name, this is the name of the physical location.
Input Phone Number.
Input Email.
Input Address, City, State and Zip Code.
If desired, check Display Map Link and then put the web address from a mapping website for your address in the Site Map Link to display a link to the map for your location.
Select Save, which will save your Contact Info and return you to the Contact Info page.

Any fields left blank will not display on your website.
You can have multiple Contact Info records active at one time. This will allow multi-store websites to display all locations associated with the website.
The Contact Info will display on the About Us page in the Contact Us section.

Editing Contact Info

Whenever you need to change information in your Contact Info or change its status, you will need to Edit it.
How to edit Contact Info.

Select Edit option next to that Contact Info record to open the Contact Info in an Edit Contact Info screen identical to the New Contact Info screen.

Edit your information to update the Contact Info and/or change its status.
Save your changes.

Changing Contact Info Order

To change the order in which the Contact Info displays on the About Us page when you have multiple Contact Info Records active choose Change Order in the Contact Info bar.

Then click on the Contact Info, holding the mouse drag and drop to set the desired order.

Deleting an Contact Info

If you decide to remove Contact Info from your Contact Info list, you will choose the Delete option. You will then see a message asking you to confirm your action as it cannot be undone.
