The Store Hours option allows you to update your Store Hours on your website. When you choose Store Hours from the Manage tab, the Store Hours management page displays.

The Store Hours page contains

Store Hours Header and Description.
Option to edit or delete current Store Hours.
Option to create New Store Hours
Option to change Order of Store Hours.

You can keep multiple Store Hours in PrismWeb Manager, which you make Active, or Inactive at the appropriate times.

Creating New Store Hours

How to create New Store Hours

Select New Store Hours to display the Create Store Hours page.

Enter a Heading, which will display on your website.
Enter a Description. This field will only show in PrismWeb Manager. This allows you to use the same Heading for two different Store Hours such as one for summer and one for fall.
Select the appropriate status.
Select your open and close time Monday through Sunday. Clicking on the hour space will display a drop down with each hour and half hour available. You can also type in your time. Any days without information entered will not display on your website. To display the store is closed on a specific day, type closed in either field for that day.
If needed, add Additional Text. If you want additional text to show on your website, you will need to check the box next to Display Additional Text. You will need to put in Footer Link Text. This is the information, which will display in your website footer. The Heading and Additional Text is optional. The Additional Text will display on the About Us page in the Store Hours section.
Select Save, which will save your Store Hours and return you to the Store Hours page.

You can display multiple Store Hours in the About Us page but only the first store hours in the list on the Store Hours Display Order page will display in the Footer area.

Editing Store Hours

Whenever you need to change Store Hours or change its status, you will need to Edit it.
How to edit Store Hours.

Select Edit option next to the Store Hours to open the information in an Edit Store Hours screen identical to the New Store Hours Screen.

Edit your hours or the text for the Store Hours and/or change its status.
Save your changes.

Changing Store Hours Order

To change the order in which the Store Hours display when you have multiple Store Hours active you will choose Change Order in the Store Hours bar.

You can then drag and drop the Store Hours to set the desired order.

Deleting Store Hours

If you decide to remove an Announcement from your Announcements list, you will choose the Delete option. You will then see a message asking you to confirm your action as it cannot be undone.
