Enhancements

  • Shift4 Address Verification is now available for all PrismWeb customers and can be managed through settings in PrismWeb Manager that provide our customers the ability to turn on or off card verification and adjust their AVS sensitivity. The settings are located under Setup > Payment Processors. Information on the settings and how the Card Verificiation with AVS works is available here: Shift4 Iframe Card Verification and AVS.

  • Updated the error messages for credit card verification process so they are more customer friendly.

  • The PrismWeb Manager > Setup > Payment Processors screen now includes fields that display the Shift4 Serial Number and Merchant ID for reference.

  • The PrismWeb Manager > Setup > Payment Processors screen the ability to generate the Shift4 Access Token from the provided Shift4 Auth Token has been added. The Access Token will display masked with only the last 4 characters visible.

  • Change the book cover image provider from Bowker to Ingram. With this change the Supplemental Cover Image page information has changed to reflect the change.

  • Completed work to make connection to NoHassle Buyback and NMRP more secure.

  • Jumpbook databases and services have been moved to the Azure environment.

Bug Fixes

  • An error message was incorrectly displaying in PrismWeb Manager when a customer tried to delete a promotion – this has been fixed and promotions are working as expected.

  • There was an issue when a product family type was attached to multiple Promotions in PrismWeb. This has been corrected, when adding a product family type to a promotion if that product family type is attached to another promotion the message will display “Already on a promotion.” You will need to delete the old promotion with the product family type attached, or remove the product family type from the other promotion, to allow it to be added to a new promotion.

  • For Stand Alone PrismWeb locations, when creating an order in PrismWeb Manager a credit card number was able to be added. This has been temporarily been changed to only allow a token to be entered to tender the order.
