How to Send the Digital Content to the Website

  1. Enter the digital book into your backoffice system as you normally would (recommend that you append something like "– Digital Version" to the title of the book). You may run your matched adoptions and export the list to Excel to get a comprehensive list of digital books to add to your courses.
  2. Send the term to the web.
  3. After the order is submitted PrismWeb communicates the transaction to the digital provider and the digital provider emails the student their access code(s) as well as instructions on how to access their new digital title(s) within minutes. (NOTE: It is no longer required to manually enter the transaction on Digital Contents Manager)

How to Process the Web Order in PrismCore

  1. Create the shipment in Ship Mail Orders, selecting View/Edit Order(s) option from the dialog.
  2. As there is no stock on hand for the digital content, PrismCore will place the item quantity in backorder.
  3. Change the backorder quantity to a ship quantity by using the Right-Click, Edit Item Information option.



  4. Process the order as normal, answering Yes, to "The Stock On Hand is not enough for shipped. Do you want to close anyway?" prompt.
