Troubleshooting
- Students aren't receiving access code(s) after order submission.
- Check to make sure the book is built correctly as a digital title in your back office system.
- Students cannot complete web order containing digital book.
- The PrismWeb digital provider plugin communicates with the digital provider during checkout to verify availability and pricing for all digital titles added to the cart. It is possible a title has been de-activated by the digital provider or the price has changed. Verify the availability and price associated with the problematic title using the Available Titles search in your PrismWeb Manager (PrismWeb Manager > Textbooks > Digital Content).
