The Financial Aid Lookup application allows you to view financial aid for a specified student. Note:  To use this application, you must be utilizing PrismCore Accounts Receivable.

How to Use Financial Aid Lookup

Touch the Financial Aid icon.

The Financial Aid screen will display and you will be prompted for the Student ID number.

Enter the student ID in the field. You can scan the ID or manually enter it using the keyboard. You can also swipe the student ID card through the MSR reader on the cradle.

If a valid Student ID number is entered, touch “Search” to transmit it to PrismCore so that the Account information for the student can be retrieved. If no valid student ID is entered, touch Back to return to the Financial Aid screen.

When a valid Student ID is entered, whether manually, scanned or swiped, the Account Limits information will display on the screen.
