New Process for MobilePOS and Toolkit - New Process Effective November 10th, 2022


You will need to be logged into an Apple ID account in order to install these apps.

There is a limit of 25 devices per Apple ID that can download the apps. We have reached the limit on apple ID support@prismrbs.com  

You can create a new Apple ID for free at appleid.apple.comInstructions on how to create your own Apple ID can be found here-https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204316

If you are using Prism's shared Apple ID of support@prismrbs.com (If iPad has not been updated it may still have cbms.support@nebook.com the same password will work) the PW is N3br@sk@28 DO NOT change this password or enable 2FA. It is shared across multiple devices. Use this password to remove support@prismrbs.com and install your newly created Apple ID.

If you have an iPhone 5 you must first update to the newest iOS 12.5.6. Go to Settings>General>Software Updates 

You may see a message saying you need to have iOS 13.0.0 or later. Hit the icon to download the application anyways and it should allow you download an older compatible version.


Go to the App Store on your iPhone or iPad



Search for the TestFlight app and and install it on your device.




Once the TestFlight app is installed  go to https://pos.prismrbs.com (new apps loaded on November 10th)

Once on https://pos.prismrbs.com you will see the following options:

Download the appropriate version of all three apps. The hardware test app is a newer application that allows us to troubleshoot hardware issues.



MobilePOS and Toolkit application will need to be configured after they are installed from here.

If application is expired and not showing up to update in the Testflight application


The applications expire every 60 days, when they expired you can return to the TestFlight app and hit update on the applications.

If they are not listed in TestFlight for any reason you can return to https://pos.prismrbs.com and under the drop down for each application hit the download button and that will send you back into TestFlight again and allow to to accept the application and update it there. 

As long as you did not delete the previous version of the applications it will keep the configuration.
