In order to send orders via Pubnet, you must have your SAN number entered into the shipping and billing address records for each of your locations in PrismCore Admin. Without having these set, your Pubnet orders will not go through.

To Add the Store's Pubnet SAN to Store Information:

1. Access PrismCore PrismCore Admin.
2. Access the Store Information module.
3. Access the Mailing Address tab of the Store Information module.
   
4. Type the store's SAN number into the SAN field.
5. You will need to repeat this process for each location that will be sending via Pubnet.
