About NBC Direct

NBC Direct (also known as NBC Connect) is an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) service that allows stores to send wantlists electronically via PrismCore to Nebraska Book Company. In turn, NBC can send back quotes on the quantities available, and confirmation of how many they will be sending.  This is a free service.

When sending want lists via NBC Direct you have the option to have the system automatically create Purchase orders based on the responses you receive.

NBC Direct cannot be used to sent wantlists to any other vendors.
