Verify your SAN (standard address number) is entered in PrismCore Admin, Store Information <Ctrl+J 102>. Your store’s SAN is used when generating rental barcodes and printing rental barcode stickers. If multi-location, make sure the SAN is entered for each store.

Step-by-step instructions

In PrismCore Admin, access Store Information <Ctrl+J 102>.
Click the Mailing Address tab.
Enter the store’s SAN if the field is blank. Do not include the dash.
If multi-location,

Click the green ‘forward” arrow in the toolbar.
Enter the SAN for each store location.

Save the settings.
