PrismCore Accounts Receivable
If your store does not already use Accounts Receivable, please contact system sales to purchase the product. Designed to teach how to use all aspects of receivables this session includes set up guidelines as well as daily activities. Length of the session will vary based on participant’s level of PrismCore knowledge. If your store just purchased Accounts Receivable, a member of the IAS Support staff will assist you with setup after you have completed the session and are ready to begin. Please contact IAS Support to make these arrangements.

AT THE END OF THIS SESSION, PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
Enter and edit different types of accounts, such as student financial aid, campus, etc.
Enter and edit customers and customer’s accounts
Find and print invoices
Print statements and aging reports
Enter and apply payments
Prepare financial aid customer accounts for the new term
Work through the month end process, including balancing and closing
SESSION LENGTH:
This online session requires a 6 hour daily commitment with breaks over a three day period. Please plan on attending all required sessions for a complete training. (10am - 12pm, 12:30 - 2:30pm, 3 - 5pm Central Time)
INTENDED FOR:
Anyone involved in the accounts receivable process.
COST AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
This training session falls under the Bronze level Training Package and above (see the Training Packages). If your store has not purchased a training package, cost for training is $1,350 per participant, plus applicable taxes.
Registration deadline is 3:00pm CT on the Wednesday before the session begins.
An instructor-led online course requires the time commitment listed.
These sessions include opportunities to engage with an instructor and other training participants.
To participate in an instructor-led online session, you will need a computer with Internet access, a phone by the computer, and a environment with no interruptions or background noises.
An email confirmation of registration will be sent when you register. About a week before the session, you will receive additional emails providing a URL, login information, and other details. Be sure to read all emails thoroughly.
