PrismWeb Manager
If your store does not already use PrismWeb, please contact system sales to purchase the product. Session covers PrismWeb Manger options and settings, assigning catalog and product images and editing static content on your website. Includes setup, online buyback options, marketing options in PrismWeb Manager, assigning catalog and product images, editing content using the CMS options for the new template. This session is for those who will work in PrismWeb Manager to maintain their website.
No prerequisites for this session.
AT THE END OF THIS SESSION, PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
Be familiar with the parameters and options within the PrismWeb Manager.
Set up textbook options and be familiar with different purchasing options on the website.
Be familiar with various options for marketing and discounting items on the website.
Attach product images to products on the website.
SESSION LENGTH:
This online session requires a 5 hour daily commitment with breaks over a two day period. Please plan on attending all required sessions for a complete training. (10am – 12:30pm, 1:30 – 4pm Central Time)
INTENDED FOR:
Anyone who will be responsible for the settings housed in PrismWeb Manager to control the store's PrismWeb site and the shopper experience.
COST AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
This training session falls under the Bronze level Training Package and above (see the Training Packages). If your store has not purchased a training package, cost for training is $750 per participant, plus applicable taxes.
Registration deadline is 3:00pm CT on the Wednesday before the session begins.
An instructor-led online course requires the time commitment listed.
These sessions include opportunities to engage with an instructor and other training participants.
To participate in an instructor-led online session, you will need a computer with Internet access, a phone by the computer, and a environment with no interruptions or background noises.
An email confirmation of registration will be sent when you register. About a week before the session, you will receive additional emails providing a URL, login information, and other details. Be sure to read all emails thoroughly.
