ICS Side of Mail and Web Order
Session includes PrismCore ICS modules that interact with PrismWeb as well as processing of Web/Mail Orders. Session discusses ICS set up and creating shipping codes. We will also cover creation and maintenance of catalogs, creating mail orders in PrismCore and processing both mail and web orders. For anyone who working in PrismCore to create catalogs for PrismWeb and those processing Mail and/or Web Orders.
You must complete the Prerequisite Videos (Introduction to PrismCore, Navigation, and Item & Inventory Maintenance) and complete the Prerequisite Training Survey before the session begins.
AT THE END OF THIS SESSION, PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
Set up and maintain shipping methods and tenders for the website.
Send textbook terms and buyback lists to the web.
Create catalogs and catalog groups of merchandise or tradebook items, and send them to the website.
Process web orders and run reports.
SESSION LENGTH:
This online session requires a 4 hour daily commitment with breaks over a one day period. Please plan on attending all required sessions for a complete training. (11am – 1pm, 2pm – 4pm Central Time)
INTENDED FOR:
Anyone involved with the ICS side of set up for Mail/web orders.
COST AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
This training session falls under the Bronze level Training Package and above (see the Training Packages). If your store has not purchased a training package, cost for training is $300 per participant, plus applicable taxes.
Registration deadline is 3:00pm CT on the Wednesday before the session begins.
An instructor-led online course requires the time commitment listed.
These sessions include opportunities to engage with an instructor and other training participants.
To participate in an instructor-led online session, you will need a computer with Internet access, a phone by the computer, and a environment with no interruptions or background noises.
An email confirmation of registration will be sent when you register. About a week before the session, you will receive additional emails providing a URL, login information, and other details. Be sure to read all emails thoroughly.
