Inventory Not Counted

Inventory Not Counted - This report is used during Physical Inventory. This will show you inventory that is shown as on hand but not counted, for instance, maybe you forgot a box of books in the back office or it got hidden on a shelf. This is one of the reports you should run and review prior to posting inventory.

You can also find this report in Products > Physical Inventory > Export.

1. In Reports > Report Templates > Select View on Inventory Not Counted.

2. Select which DCC(s) you would like to run this report for.

3. Select which Product Type(s) you would like to see on this report.

4. Select if you would like to Only include inventory where SOH is not zero.

   1. Note: If this is selected, it may result in you missing products you have in stock but the system thinks you have 0.

5. Select Export to PDF or CSV(excel file), this will download to your browser.

6. Open the file to View, save or print.
