Total Inventory Value

Total Inventory Value is typically run before and after posting Physical Inventory but can be run at any time. (You can also find this report in Products>Physical Inventory>Export.) This report will provide your complete inventory value and stock on hand by DCC. Depending on your selections, it can include or not include negative inventory, show you GM and Books or just one or the other, or you can view certain DCC(s).

1. In Reports>Report Templates> select View on Total Inventory Value.

2. Export Total Inventory Value options will popup. Make your selections based on your needs.

   1. If you don’t select a DCC, it will run for ALL DCCs.

      1. Note: If you have over 4000 items, you will need to run it as a CSV or in chunks.

   2. Include Inventory Detail will provide Description, Barcode SKU, SOH, etc.

      If you don’t include Inventory Detail, it will report the totals for each DCC selected.

3. Once selections are made, select Export to PDF or CSV(Excel). File will download to your browser. Select the file to open to a new tab, view and save or print if desired.
