Inventory By DCC

The Inventory by DCC report is used during Physical Inventory. This is a broader report, you can run this report to see your variance and how well you did on the count. This is one of the reports you should run, review, and save prior to posting inventory.

You can also find this report in Products>Physical Inventory>Export

1. Select Reports > Report Templates > Select View on Inventory by DCC.

2. Popup window will display for you to select your options.

3. If you want to run this report for only 1 area or 1 fixture, enter them here. If you leave it blank it will run for all.

4. Select the DCC(s) you would like to include in this report. If you do not make a selection, it will run for all DCCs.

5. Select Summary or Detail

   1. Summary will provide the options below. (view report example on the right)

   2. Detail will provide more information on the report (View image on right for more information) and you will be given an additional option: Include fixture detail/area detail.

6. Make selections, then select Export. PDF or CSV(excel)

7. File will download to browser where you can select to view, then save or print if desired.
