Author List

Author List (which you can see on the Terms homepage and in Reports>Report Templates) which will show you books by author in alphabetical order (broken down by term).

1. Select Author List.

2. Author List window will popup.

   1. Expand Campus to see your Terms to select. Select the desired term(s). Selecting at the campus level will select all terms below it.

   2. Select Request Type(s) you want to see.

   3. Select Sort Order desired.

3. Select OK. Report will download to browser, select it to open, Print or Save if desired.
