Matching Adoptions

1. Log into the Jumpbooks Management System.
2. Go to Store > Matched Adoptions.
   
   
   Note:  If you have never matched adoptions for a term before, you will see a blank page with no Jumpbooks listed.
3. Click the Add Hangtag(s) button.
4. From the Select Term menu, select the term to match adoptions for.
5. Click the Add Jumpbooks button.

Note:  Automatic matching of adoptions is only available for bookstores with PrismWeb and a current term available (if you do not have PrismWeb, please refer to the Manually Adding Jumpbooks section).

A list of available Jumpbooks titles will display for the selected term.

From the matched adoptions list, there are several things you can do:

• Edit the hangtag price of an individual Jumpbook
• Delete selected Jumpbooks from your matched adoptions list
• Export a list of Jumpbooks to Excel/CSV
• Print hangtags of selected Jumpbooks
