If you do not have an NBC POS system, your customers can still purchase Jumpbooks using hangtags in the store. After ringing up the sale at the register, you can use the Web Based POS Sale feature in the Jumpbooks Management System to generate an email receipt for the customer that will contain all of the information they need to access the book at Jumpbooks.com.

Important: Using the Web Based POS Sale feature does not charge the customer’s credit card or collect payment in any way. It merely generates the information the customer needs to access the Jumpbook. You must still ring the sale of the Jumpbook separately.

The Web Based POS Return feature can be used to return Jumpbooks if you do not have an NBC POS system. You may only return Jumpbooks that have not been accessed, downloaded, printed, or ‘checked out’ for offline use.

Important: Using the Web Based POS Return feature disables access to a non- accessed Jumpbook, but does not refund the customer’s payment. You will need to issue a refund for payment separately.
