Selling Jumpbooks on PrismWeb

Jumpbooks can be sold on your PrismWeb website like any other item, however it is important that they are clearly labeled as a “Digital Version” or “eTextbook”.  Jumpbooks should also be setup as Linked SKUs in PrismCore so they appear as a Substitution item on the website.

When you receive a web order containing a Jumpbooks purchase, process the order as you normally would in Mail Order, and then generate a Web Based POS sale through the Jumpbooks Management System (see also Web Based POS).

Important:  Processing a web order in PrismCore will not automatically generate a basket ID and access code for the customer.  You need to use the Web Based POS sale feature to create the transaction in order for the shopper to obtain their receipt number and access code so they can access their Jumpbook.

Accessing the Jumpbooks Management System

  1. In a web browser, go to https://www.jumpbooks.com/manage.
  2. Enter your username and password.

Note:  If you do not know your username and password, please contact NBC Support.

  1. Click the Login button.

Once you have logged into your account, you can navigate the site using the main menu.
