Confirm Your Marketplace Account Balance No AR

The payment you received should match up with the sales and refunds in your PrismCore Mail Order system. To verify the payment amount, print a Marketplace Reconciliation report from Ship Mail Orders for the marketplace and date range the payment covers.

To confirm your marketplace account balance:

1. Access Ship Mail Orders, Jump 153 (Inventory Management > Mail Order > Ship Mail Orders)
2. Click Reports and select Marketplace Reconciliati
3. The 'Report Parameters’ dialog will open.
   
   
4. In Marketplace, select the Marketplace or website you are reconciling. Leave blank to include all marketplaces or website
5. From: Select the first date in the payment range.
6. To: Select the last date in the payment range.
7. Type: Options are both, sales or ref Select both.
8. Sort: Options are Date Descending, Date Ascending, and Marketplace Order Number.

The Primary Tender amount should equal your payment amount adjusted for fees.
