Rental Tender Creation - Partnership 2

With NBC Partnership 2, PrismCore requires a NBC Tender which is used to charge the difference between the item retail and the rental fee (the rebate amount).  When NBC Partnership 2 is enabled, PrismCore automatically creates the NBC AR tender and attaches it to an NBC AR account.  This NBC AR tender must be entered in the ‘NBC Rental Tender’ field of Rental Configuration in the Rental Number Maintenance module.
