Item Maintenance - Rental Qty

A column with the heading ‘Rental Qty’ is in the detail section of Item Maintenance.  Outstanding NBC Partnership 2 rentals are not reflected in the Rental Qty field as they are considered sales in PrismCore.

Only current outstanding Store Managed rental quantities show in the Rental Qty column in the Item Maintenance module. This quantity is the current total of both new and used quantities for outstanding Store Managed rentals.

To see verify how many current Store Managed rentals are new and how many are used, you can view Inventory Maintenance, <F9> Quick Menu, Order Decision Maintenance or Rental Number Maintenance.
