1 While outstanding rentals remain in stock, there are stock adjustments with NBC P1 rentals. When the NBC rental return is posted, stock adjustments of return and receipt are made to account for rentals kept, rentals shipped and RNRs.

4 For NBC P1 or NBC P2: If a title is on the NBC list, the store can elect to not rent it as Partnership and rent it as a store managed title. If the title is not on the NBC list, the store can rent it as store managed. For NMRP: If a title is on the NMRP list, it is available for rent as NMRP; the store cannot elect to make it unavailable to rent as a NMRP title. If a title is not on the NMRP list, the store can rent it as store managed.
5 For NBC P2: Rentals quantities are included along with regular sales in the sales quantities fields. Rental quantities (without sales) are reflected in the rental quantities fields.
6 For NBC P1 and NBC P2: The store is responsible for both quantities kept and RNRs so the PO and invoice are for “quantities not shipped.” For NMRP: The store is responsible for quantities kept but not RNRs so the PO and invoice are for “quantities kept.”
