Customer Ordering

Once you have the information entered into PrismCore and have the Concierge Book Ordering site ready, your students can begin ordering their books.

  1. Students access your Concierge Book Ordering webpage (given to you by PrismRBS).
  2. Students enter Student ID and the first 3 characters of Last Name then select Next.

Note: Student ID must match the Student Number/Student Account in Customer Maintenance/Enrollment in PrismCore.

  1. Students select term from Order For Term.
  2. Students select Pickup Location.


  1. Students select book(s) to purchase/rent.

  1. When finished order summary is listed.

  1. Students enter Email Address or Phone Number to be used for communications pertaining to the order.

Note: If both fields are filled in, the message sent to the customer will be a text. Text messaging is currently set up through Twilio.

  1. Students select Submit Order.


  1. Order confirmation page displays.

  1. Email or text sent to the customer with an order confirmation.
  2. Order is sent to be picked.
