Customer Ordering
Once you have the information entered into PrismCore and have the Concierge Book Ordering site ready, your students can begin ordering their books.
- Students access your Concierge Book Ordering webpage (given to you by PrismRBS).
- Students enter Student ID and the first 3 characters of Last Name then select Next.
Note: Student ID must match the Student Number/Student Account in Customer Maintenance/Enrollment in PrismCore.
- Students select term from Order For Term.
- Students select Pickup Location.
- Students select book(s) to purchase/rent.
- When finished order summary is listed.
- Students enter Email Address or Phone Number to be used for communications pertaining to the order.
Note: If both fields are filled in, the message sent to the customer will be a text. Text messaging is currently set up through Twilio.
- Students select Submit Order.
- Order confirmation page displays.
- Email or text sent to the customer with an order confirmation.
- Order is sent to be picked.
