Configure your Concierge options within your PrismPOS Admin tool.

  1. Access your PrismPOS Admin Tool and log in.
  2. Select Configure at the top.
  3. From the menu at the left, select Parameters.
  4. From the top menu select Concierge.

  1. Add a Pickup Location by selecting Add Location button, enter Name, and select a POS for each pickup location.


  1. The following fields are added by PrismRBS Support:
  • Twilio Username: Service used to send text messages. This information will be added by PrismRBS.
  • Twilio Password: Service used to send text messages. This information will be added by PrismRBS.
  • Twilio Message Service SID: Service used to send text messages. This information will be added by PrismRBS.


  1. The following fields may be entered and changed by the store:
  • Order Submitted copy: Message sent to the customer when an order is placed.
  • Order Ready copy: Message sent to the customer when an order is completed, and ready to be picked up.
  • Partial Order Ready copy: Message sent to the customer when an order is partially fulfilled.
  • Order Unable To Be Fulfilled copy: Message sent to the customer when an order is unable to be fulfilled.
  • Order Cancelled Due to Customer… : Message sent to the customer when an order is cancelled due to customer not picking up an order.


Once these aspects are set, you are ready to send information to your Concierge site.
