  1. Access PrismCore Admin > PS tab > Maintenance > ICS Download.
  2. From the dialog box, select the appropriate location.

Note: If you have only one location this dialog box will not display.

  1. Select your POS system and All Enrollment Information from the dropdown lists.
  2. Select OK.


Running this process sends the following information to your Concierge site:

  • Campuses
  • Terms
  • Courses (Course Requests, Course Department, Course Books)
  • Enrollment
