Creating a Report for Apple Sales

You may find this information helpful when creating a report gen for Apple sales.

In the Report Generator module, create a report using the Sales template.

The screenshots below show the basic fields for gathering the information that is needed. You may need to change, add, or remove some of the different fields. You can also adjust the field lengths. As a prerequisite, the Apple part numbers should have been entered in the Catalog # field on the items in Item Maintenance.

The vendor value above is an example. Please enter the vendor code for your Apple vendor in the Value field.

You may want to add a date range that will need to be updated every time you run the report. If this will be done weekly, use the <= and >= options for the date ranges. This will ensure that you are only pulling the information for the week that is needed and not ALL of the sales.

Any of the fields listed in the columns tab can be used here. It depends on how you want the information sorted.

You can group by fields and sum them, if desired.
