Search
Select Product Maintenance from Products.
Enter criteria in the Search by… field and press enter.
Optionally use the Books, GM, or Both, filters by selecting the appropriate button.
Optionally use the search method drop down, on the right, to specify a search method.
Searching begins as soon as you start to enter criteria.
Mark Product Inactive/Active
Search for and locate product.
From list, select product so line is highlighted.
Select Set To drop down.
Select Set to Inactive.
Message displays:
To set active, select inactive item.
Select Set To drop down.
Select Set to Active.
Message displays:
Edit
Search for and locate product.
Select Edit button.
Review product record making changes if desired.
Click Save when finished making changes.
