Product Variants

Product Variants are descriptors for your products, for example, a Red mug, an XL sweatshirt, or BBQ chips. They can be used for individual Common GM Products, as well as Product Matrices when put into a Product Variant Group.

On the Product Variants home page, you are able to search for and edit existing variants as well as set them to active/inactive. 

1. Select +Add

2. Fill in the information as defined below. Handy Tip: Be consistent when naming sizes For example - S, M, L, XL or Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large. This will ensure they display clearly for customers on the website.

3. You are able to add the new variant directly to an existing Variant Group(s) if desired. Select the Variant Group(s) checkbox you would like it included in.
   Note: You can have one variant in multiple groups.

4. Select Save.
