KB144: eRATEX - Out of Stock message

Topic: Each variant in eRATEX has a purchase threshold value. This is the value that they can sell down to. If they have an appconfig entry:
"OutOfStockMessage", it will display next to the item on the booklist page. The customer will also see "Out of Stock" on the shoppingcart page.
