When to have a file re-indexed:

Problem:

• When the ISBN is not found when doing a Super Find for an ISBN that is in the Extended Database - The EXTDB.TMF needs to be re-indexed. (KB#50) 
• When the term names/descriptions aren't showing the actual name of the newly created term - Need to re-index the CD.TX.TERM file
• When the dropdown doesn’t show the correct PI sessions - Need to re-index the PI.SF file
• When scholarships and grants are not displayed in the dropdown - Need to re-index the AR.SD file
