Item Maintenance Rental Qty - Store Managed

A column with the heading ‘Rental Qty’ is in the detail section of Item Maintenance.  The quantity in this column shows the current outstanding rental total for both new and used.  The column shows in the same location regardless of whether you are viewing the New record (above) or the used record (below).

You cannot tell at Item Maintenance how many of the outstanding rentals are new and how many are used.  To see that information, use <F9> Quick Menu, Inventory Maintenance, Order Decision Maintenance or Rental Number Maintenance.
