Location: Buyback > Buy Books
Beginning with the 36A release, you have the ability to add new customers during a Buyback transaction.
Press F9 in the Student Information ID field. A black Customer Maintenance screen will appear. Type N to add a new customer record, enter the information, and press F10 to save the record. You will return to the Buy Books screen to continue the Buyback transaction.
In the Buy Books screen, DO NOT press N to add a new customer.
