Rental Tender Creation - NMRP

With NMRP, PrismCore requires an NMRP Tender which is used to charge the difference between the item retail and the rental fee (the rebate amount).  When NMRP is enabled, PrismCore automatically creates the NMRP AR tender and attaches it to an NMRP AR account.  This NMRP AR tender must be entered in the NMRP Tender field of Rental Configuration in the Rental Number Maintenance module.
