POS Rental Receipts and Inserts - NMRP

Determine if you will print rental agreements on the regular POS receipt or half sheet inserts and set the parameters accordingly in Receipt Templates <Ctrl+J 3213> in PrismCore Admin. If you are multi-location, you must establish rental receipts for each location.
If printing on regular receipt paper:
Search for and display the “POS Sales Receipt Cust.” If you want the rental agreement to print on the receipt, be sure to check the box for “Rental Agreement.” Select the items that you want on the receipt for rentals.
If printing on half sheet:
Create a half sheet insert template, check “Rental Agreement” then select the Items that will be included on the insert. Be sure to check the box for “Rental Agreement.”
