Multi-Store Web Documentation

The "Multi Store" functionality for web is available in PrismCore. This functionality is often referred to as Multi-Web. In order to use the multi-store web features, the user will first need to contact your Sales Rep.

The idea behind multi-store web is that a store who has multiple back-office inventory locations may want all items to appear on a single website.  Previously, PrismCore required one web site per inventory location.  With this option, users can now choose a single site for multiple locations. 

Please note, all items on each order will still be processed from ONE location.  The system does not currently handle multiple locations on a single web order.  Instead, algorithms are used to determine which location should be chosen as the order location.  Please see “How to Route Orders” for details.
