KB148: Items not displaying on web site - Category XML Packages

Issue:
If an item is not displaying in the Category structure of your web site, it is very likely that the Category was set up with the incorrect XML package.

Resolution:

The category that displays the products needs to have the XML package entity.gridwithprices.xml.config selected or else the products will NOT display on the site. If you have entity.category.xml.config selected, this is the incorrect package. Please change the XML package to entity.gridwithprices.xml.config.
