Topic: An order with "free" shipping uses a ship method in eRATEX with an ID of "0". In VR you will need to create a "FREE" ship method in OF.SHIP.METHOD.MNT and assign it a Web Ship ID of 0, and also create a Ship Days record in OF.SHIP.DAYS.MNT. Once assigned, your orders with free shipping will be assigned the FREE Ship Method you have set up, and should flow through without issue.
