Add New Insert_

  1. Select New Insert.
  2. Edit Insert displays, with Options on the left, and Live Preview on the right.

  1. Enter the Name and Width of this insert.


  1. Enter information into the following sections:

Insert Options

  • Insert Prompt (this field's text can be modified) - What is typed in this field will display on the insert prompt on the PRISM360 register (currently does not show on preview)
  • Lines to Skip at Top (this field's text can be modified) - lines to skip at the top of the insert before printing.
  • Page Length (this field's text can be modified) - insert page length.
  • Page X of Y - displays "Page 1 of 1" or "Page 1 of 2", etc.


Header

  • Header Line1 (this field's text can be modified)
  • Header Line2 (this field's text can be modified)
  • Header Line3 (this field's text can be modified)
  • Header Line4 (this field's text can be modified)
  • Header Line5 (this field's text can be modified)
  • Receipt Number
  • Store Name
  • Location Name
  • Register Name
  • Cashier Name
  • Transaction Timestamp



Customer
Note: These fields will currently only preview on the Rental Type insert.

  • Customer Number (this field's text can be modified)

  • Mask Customer Number (Customer Number field prints but you can mask a specific number of characters at the beginning, for example the first 4)
