If you have a session locked, or received the error "Lower Hotkey Locked"  follow the instructions below to resolve.

If unlocking the session for your account name log in and at TCL type LO and your PID number. then log off.

Otherwise, follow instructions below
Instructions

Log in with account that has superuser power.

1. Go to the AIX/UNIX/LINUX operating system.
2 .Log in as superuser.
3. Enter root password.
4. At the $ prompt, type “uv” to go back to UniVerse (if that command doesn’t work, try /dbms/uv/bin/uv)
5. from TCL, you can type "LO (PID number)" to log off the process.
   - If you need to find the user, Use LIST.READU EVERY to find the user(s) to kick out and note the PID of the account.
6. Repeat this for each session that needs to be kicked out
