Before creating a want list or purchase order to send to a vendor via Easylink, a decision should be made on what the default setting will be on the System Parameter 'Wholesale Ordering: Record BO & CA Qtys on PO'.
If this parameter is CHECKED:
When sending a Want List via Easylink, the option to 'Record unfilled quantities as cancels on PO' will be checked by default. However, the option can be changed before it is sent.
If 'Record unfilled quantities as cancels on PO' is CHECKED when the Want List is sent, the Purchase Order will have been posted and will be in the Receiving module awaiting the Easylink response. When the response is received, the program will assign any unfilled quantities in an Easylink response as 'canceled' quantities on the Purchase Order.
If this parameter is UNCHECKED:
When sending a Want List via Easylink, the option to 'Record unfilled quantities as cancels on PO' will be unchecked by default. However, the option can be changed before it is sent.
If 'Record unfilled quantities as cancels on PO' is UNCHECKED when the Want List is sent, the Purchase Order will have been created, but not posted and will be in the Purchase Orders module awaiting the Easylink response. When the response is received, the program will ignore any unfilled quantities in an Easylink response and create only On Order quantities on the Purchase Order.

- Find the Parameter 'Wholesale Ordering: Record BO & CA Qtys on PO'
