Author List (which you can see on the Terms homepage and in Reports>Report Templates) which will show you books by author in alphabetical order (broken down by term).
Select Reports, Report Templates and select Author List.
Note: The Reports page pictured is currently sorted by category, if you want to change your sorting, select the arrows next to Column headings.
Author List window will popup.
Select Campus, then select the plus sign next to the campus to see your Terms to select. Or leave the campus selected to select all.
Select Request Type(s) you want to see.
Select Sort Order desired.
Select OK. Report will download to browser, select it to open, Print or Save if desired.
