Campus-E Bookstore Integration (CEI) is now available as a digital content provider.
With this comes some exciting new changes to the redemption process. For ALL digital content providers.
Previously, shoppers would receive access codes and digital content support from the digital content provider.
Now, your store will be the point of contact for digital content redemption.
No matter what digital content provider you use, PrismRBS captures the redemption code via our own applications.
POS receipts (printed or emailed) will include a link to “REDEEM YOUR BOOKS.”
The redeem books link will direct shoppers to a single webpage with instructions on how to redeem the digital content.
If the email fails to send, there is a number of methods to help the student with getting the redemption URL.
Using the Basket Details in PrismWeb manager, you will be able to see the redemption URL and the Access Code.
This can then be passed along to the student.
In addition, the student will receive an email with the redemption URL and it will be present on their receipt page when they place an online order.
The student can also check their order history to access the redemption URL as well.
Since we are now sending the emails it will have the bookstore name.
In the email it will provide the redemption link that takes them to their digital content.
If they reply to the email, it will go to the email address entered in PrismWeb Manager > Textbooks > Digital Content > Contact.
