You may choose to schedule Purchase Orders through the Outgoing Messages module, rather than through the 'Proposed Purchase Orders Module'.

To schedule messages via Outgoing Message Maintenance:


1. Access the 'Outgoing Message Maintenance' module, 'Pubnet Schedule'
tab.
2. Click the hammer, and choose 'Schedule Order…' .

3. You will receive a 'Schedule Document to Send' window. Choose PO or Wantlist and then use the ellipsis to select the document you wish to schedule.


4. You will receive a message stating "Purchase Order successfully scheduled in Outgoing Messages". Click OK.
