REMOTE CLOUD TRAINING SESSIONS

 

  1. Bi-monthly – we will hold a training session every two weeks to start. Will add more classes if needed once we get into a groove.


  2. General training – not specific to any store
    Stores would take the general training and then assigned reps will go over specific settings for each store as part of the 360 install/training process.


  3. Thorough – will go through all features stores may potentially use


  4. Documentation – Training Manual
    In order to remain consistent – we need a training guide and exercises the stores can do as homework.


  5. Test account for training - DEMO or Super Lab - Shane


Lionel will review the register training on the portal. 


Shane – Location, POS Devices

Lionel – Parameters, Security

CJ – Quick menu, Campus Debit

Kathy – Receipts, MSR

Dale – Tenders, Transaction Inquiry

Jay – Offline Mode setup, Key Management
