Select + Add from the Product Maintenance screen, then select Add Book.
The following popup will display:
Select Adopt from Buyer’s Guide.
Scan/Search by Author, Title, ISBN, Book Key, Edition, Imprint or Copyright.
Scroll and/or use arrows, in the lower right corner, to move through the list.
Select Adopt button on the line. Create new or new and used? dialog box will appear.
Select Supplier.
Select New or New and Used accordingly.
Once selected, you will receive confirmation message that it has been created (or already exists) and be taken to the Edit Book screen.
Verify all information in Edit Book screen and select Save.
Digital
To check for a Digital version, scroll to the top of the page, under Digital select Check For Update
If no digital is available, popup will display.
If digital is available, popup will display.
Digital field will update on top and new Digital tab will appear.
Edit Title if needed.
To see transactions, select, Show Transactions.
Search for transactions by Transaction #, Customer Name, or Customer Account #. OR utilize the Digital Transaction Date From/To field to search through a date range.
