Any user that is running the v2.4 or newer of Mobile Toolkit or v9.32 or newer for Mobile POS will need to update their iOS version to 12. For users who are still on iPhone 5's, they will need to contact their sales reps in order to get different phones as the iPhone 5 does not support the update to iOS 12. Anyone with iPhone 5SE or higher will be able to update to iOS 12 without issue.
