Stores can have their users follow the steps in order to reset their own FMBO passwords.
Register New User
- Go to:
https://prismcspwd.nebook.com/showLogin.cc - Select User Registration
- Register to the site with your temporary FMBO credentials
- Select "Reset Password." If you haven't already setup security questions - you will be prompted to do so. Follow the prompts to select and answer security questions and then to reset your password. If security questions were setup previously - you will be prompted to answer the questions then to reset your password.
Reset Password and Unlock Account
- Select Reset Password if you have forgotten it or Unlock Account to unlock your locked Account.
- Add your FMBO username and type the numbers in the graphic into the provided field and click Continue. Follow the instructions provided from there.
Change Password
Login to the site using your existing username and password and follow instructions from there.
