  • Additional checks have been put in place to ensure training mode transactions will not be sent to the main database. In a prior release, there were reports of specific instances where training transactions were added to the database. This has been fixed.

  • In Thunder Admin > POS Parameters > Users > Profiles tab > Register Module, if the ‘Allow Product Search’ checkbox is unchecked, product searching will require a manager override to be allowed. Previously, PrismPOS was allowing a user to search at the register even if unchecked. This has been fixed, and all other permissions were confirmed to work as expected as part of the fix validation.

  • The buttons “Open Text Receipt”, “Open Email Receipt”, “Download Sale Packet” and “Download Receipt” have all been fixed so that they work correctly for No Sale transactions. Previously, when a No Sale Receipt was displayed in Thunder Admin > Transaction Inquiry, the buttons were not working and would display an Oops error.

  • The Re-Export Sale button should now display the following message without error: “Unable to export sale. Sale does not have any Items and does not have any Tenders.”

  • At the register, cashiers can now refund single shipment online orders in Mosaic without error. An error was addressed where users were previously unable to refund specific web orders made on the website.
